TERMS

  • Clients may provide reference images to facilitate the artist's understanding of their desired outcome.

  • Payment (50% deposit) is required after I (the artist) finish making an approved rough sketch. If you wish to make changes after approval, an additional fee will be charged.

  • Once the illustration is finished, you may submit one revision free of charge.

  • Complete payment only after you (the client) have carefully reviewed the illustration you ordered.

  • Orders will be sent in the form of an image file via a Google Drive link.

  • Once it is confirmed that the file has been sent and there are no errors, the commission is considered complete.

  • I (the artist) may use the commissioned work for portfolio purposes on my website and/or social media.

About license

  • FOR PERSONAL USE:

  1. Clients are not allowed to use illustration works to make money.

  2. Clients are given exclusive rights to use the illustration work in social media account posts.

  3. The Client shall not alter, edit or take any similar action to the Illustrations without the express written permission of the Owner of the Work.

  4. Client agrees to credit or acknowledge the Artist in the post description by including the Artist's name (AGiTo Fox).

  • FOR COMMERCIAL USE:

  1. Clients are allowed to use illustration works to earn money.

  2. Clients is granted exclusive rights to use the illustration work in postings on various platforms.

  3. The Client is permitted to change, edit or perform similar actions with the Illustrations.

  4. The Client agrees to pay royalties to the Artist Party, at a mutually agreed value.

  5. Client agrees to credit or acknowledge the Artist in the post description by including the Artist's name (AGiTo Fox).

  • There will be a document (license.pdf) that will be filed at the end of the illustration spelling, it will contain all the details of the agreement for commercial use.
